Parent & Child
Parent and Child Classes for Boys and Girls 2 to 3.
We know that this group benefits the most from a one-to-one ratio and hands on learning. Because of this the students are accompanied by a parent or guardian in the gym throughout class.
Classes will be 30 minutes long. Each class includes 3 different events each week. Please only one accompanying adult in the facility per participating child.
PreK & Kinder Gymnastics
For children under 6
Our Kinder Gymnastics class is a multi-educational preschool movement class. Each week is a new learning experience.
Our small class sizes have ideal student to teacher ratios and allow for constant social distancing during lessons.
The goals in our Kinder classes are to engage in physical activity, learn new skills and develop coordination all while having fun in a safe environment!
Each class is 40 minutes long and meets one time per week. Classes begin with a warmup and movement activity followed by 3 events.
For Girls 6 and up
Girls Basic Class
Our Girls program is for girls 6 and above. All four Olympic events (Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Vaulting, and Uneven Parallel Bars) are included in our program. Instruction will also be given on the trampoline and in the areas of tumbling, flexibility and coordination.
We also offer several Girls Basic classes reserved for girls 10 and up.
Girls Experienced Class
Our Girls Exp (experienced) program is for girls above the age of 6 who have completed our Girls Basic classes and have mastered the basic skills. All four Olympic events (Floor Exercise, Balance Beam, Vaulting, and Uneven Parallel Bars) are included in our program. Instruction will also be given on the trampoline and in the areas of tumbling, flexibility, strength building and coordination.
For Boys ages 5 to 10
Our Boys program is designed for boys between the ages of 5 and 10 years old. All six Olympic events (Floor Excercise, Vault, High Bar, Parallel Bars, Rings and Pommel
Horse) are included in our program. Instruction will also be given on the trampoline, balance beam and in the areas of tumbling, flexibility, strength building and coordination.
